Morris Miller

CEO

Morris Miller is a managing partner at Tectonic Ventures as well as the Chief Executive Officer at Xenex Disinfection Services. Morris co-founded and provided the initial funding for Xenex, which produces a Robot used to disinfect hospitals. Previously he co-founded Rackspace Managed Hosting (NYSE:RAX) (brought private by Apollo for $4.3 billion). Morris also founded Curtis Hill Publishing, the first company to publish Texas case law on CD-ROM, which he successfully sold to Thomson Legal Publishing.

Originally from San Antonio, Morris is a graduate of the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University, The University of Texas at Austin, and Phillips Exeter Academy.

Mark Stibich, PH.D

Founder, Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Stibich is an infectious diseases epidemiologist, founder of Xenex and Chief Scientific Officer. He holds a doctoral degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health, a Masters in Health Science, also from Johns Hopkins, and a bachelor’s degree from Yale University. He has conducted research in Russia, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, South Africa, Kenya, the United States and Brazil. He is a Fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of American.

Dr. Stibich has published more than a dozen scientific papers on ultraviolet light, HAIs and infections. He holds more than 120 granted patents on infection control approaches. He is a frequent speaker in infectious diseases including TEDx conference, DENT conference, a UN conference on Epidemic Control and aqRoyal Society of Medicine Conference on COVID-19. He has been a principal investigator on NIH research grants and was a visiting scientist at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Irene K. Hahn

SVP of Sales & Marketing

Irene leads the company’s Sales, Account Management and Marketing teams. She also oversees the company’s strategic planning and ongoing expansion into new markets.

Irene has held multiple positions with Xenex, serving as: Talent Management where she led recruitment efforts, Client Services where she was responsible for the client experience including continued growth and adoption within client accounts and currently, Sales, Account Management and Marketing.  Her leadership and direction have helped  Xenex become the leader for disinfection innovation and secure 100 new accounts in a years’ time.

Irene spent her early years in New York City and Northern New Jersey.  She received her Bachelor Degree from Penn State University and a Graduate Degree from Northeastern University. Prior to joining Xenex, Irene spent approximately 16 years with Sirius Computer Solutions as an  Executive Vice President.

Paul Froutan

CFO

Paul went to school at the University of Texas at Austin. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, and has worked with companies such as Schlumberger, Rackspace and Google.  He started his career in the petroleum industry with Schlumberger working at International sites before joining Rackspace Hosting.  He then went on to Google where he was responsible for their worldwide hardware and datacenter infrastructure.

As the CTA of Xenex, Paul is responsible for Xenex’ customers and Robots, from Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing all the way to Finance and Client Services.

Juan Gonzalez

VP of Engineering

Juan is responsible for the company’s product development from concept to commercialization. In this role he provides the engineering team mentorship and guidance while working collectively with executive leadership to develop and meet goals. Juan is an experienced leader with a deep history in medical device development.

Prior to working with Xenex, Juan led an engineering team at a well-known medical device company through the development and commercialization of multiple Class II Medical Devices.

Peter Pixton

VP Finance & Accounting

Peter Pixton, VP Finance & Accounting is responsible for Accounting, Contracting, Finance, HR, IT, and Sales Operations at Xenex. He has worked in a variety of leadership positions with AT&T and KCI/Acelity, including treasury, corporate finance, and operational finance.

Most recently, he was a divisional CFO for Rackspace.

Rodger Mack

Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Originally from the central Texas area, Rodger went to school at St. Edward’s University. Prior to joining Xenex, Rodger held many leadership positions in the medical device and call center industries.

Since joining Xenex in 2014, Rodger has held multiple positions within Xenex to include: VP of Account Management, VP Manufacturing and Supply Chain and VP of Marketing.

Rodger previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for a medical device company before joining Xenex. During his 14 year career in the medical device industry, he helped grow the business from 30 employees to over 2500 employees and increased revenues from $1 million to $500 million.
